Our projects are the fruit of a collective approach, which takes into account the expertise and biases of each of the protagonists, whether they are clients, agency members or manufacturers. We carry out an in-depth analysis of the context, because we see our works as the consequences of specificities that make up the identity of a place. Thus, we strive to produce fair answers, in the service of quality of life and the general interest.

Regularly called upon to design individual housing projects, the San Gregorio workshop is aware of the administrative, economic and ecological constraints that such programs impose on them. Drawing on this experience, she supports project owners, from the sketching phases through to the delivery of the works.

Today, the agency is about to deliver a set of 12 collective housing units in the town of Issambres (83).
Chief architect of the Hôtel de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez (83), Julien Bortoluzzi, along with his team, is responsible for carrying out all the work undertaken there. Last year, the workshop was selected to build a 40-room hotel complex in the town of Saint-Aygulf (83), and whose work is about to begin.

Well established in Saint-Aygulf, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, the Atelier has on to extend its scope of intervention even further, with two new branches of the agency in the city center of Marseille and in Les Issambres in the commune of Roquebrune-sur-Argens. Very soon, a showroom will open in Sainte-Maxime to let you discover the different materials that can be used in your projects.
