Julien Bortoluzzi is the manager of Atelier San Gregorio, which he founded in 2014. Although responsible for customer relations, his sense of anticipation allows him to have a transversal view of all affairs. for which the workshop is requested.
After obtaining his DE Architect degree, then validating his HMONP training at the École Nationale Supérieure de Marseille, he multiplied his experiences in Architecture workshops with the ambition of exploring different scales of projects. At Yvann Pluskwa, he takes on the costume of project manager and consolidates solid skills, which will allow him to explore the activity of an agency in all its components, from the study phases to the completion of the constructions of which he Today, he uses his mastery of regulatory data to better master the act of building, and coordinate the teams working on the implementation of the agency’s projects. He pays particular attention to the execution of detail whatever the scale of the works. With the construction of numerous apartments and villas to his credit, Julien is in the process of delivering a collective housing operation, as well as a hotel complex of 40 rooms, respectively in the municipalities of Issambres and Saint-Aygulf (83). Chief architect of the Hôtel de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez, Julien oversees the renovation operations that are regularly carried out there.

Florian Hoanen is an architect authorized to act as project manager in his own name. He studied at Judson University in Chicago, Bilgi University in Istanbul and at the National School of Architecture in Versailles. He has worked mainly in Paris and Rotterdam on complex mixed programs of business buildings, public facilities, offices and housing. Florian Hoanen has been a collaborator and project manager in agencies such as MVRDV, Dominique Lyon Architectes and Franklin Azzi Architecture. His transversal approach allows him to bring together urban planning, architecture, interior design, design and contemporary art. He was able to affirm his desire to build on all scales and to explore all possible types of spaces.
Within the Atelier San Gregorio since 2020, he works mainly on private house projects where he proposes life scenarios through a sustainable and contemporary approach linked to the Mediterranean context and to the service of users. It develops an architecture that is minimal in its aesthetics and maximal in its function. Today, he feeds on his experiences and the intersection of perspectives and disciplines. Florian Hoanen is trying to breathe new life into the local built heritage and reinvent the living spaces of tomorrow.

At the studio since February 2021, Julie obtained her DE Architect diploma at the École Supérieure d’Architecture Nationale de Marseille in 2020. She joined the Saint-Aygulf team after a first experience in a Marseille agency. During this experience, she explores projects combining both town planning and architecture in the feasibility phase. Today, she perfects her training in the workshop to lead to the Authorization for Project Management in her own name.

Titulaire d’un DEUG de droit, Nadine veille à la bonne tenue de la comptabilité sur l’ensemble des sites où l’atelier a installé ses bureaux.
Forte de ses dernières expériences de secrétaire de direction au sein d’atelier d’Architecture, elle fait valoir ses solides compétences dans les domaines de la construction, et a un rôle essentiel au moment de la passation des marchés. Sa polyvalence et ses prises d’initiatives sont des catalyseurs pour l’agence.
Nadine s’occupe également de l’interface avec les clients et constitue les dossiers d’appels d’offres.

Arrivée en Décembre 2022, après un parcours atypique de 20 ans à des postes à responsabilités dans le secteur du tourisme, du commerce et au sein du secteur tertiaire. Eve est en charge d’assister Nadine HERVATIN dans la gestion des dossiers, au niveau administratif et financier. Son expérience et sa polyvalence lui permettent également d’assister toute l’équipe dans des domaines divers.

Célia joined the team in March 2019. After obtaining her DE Architect degree in 2012 from ENSA Marseille, she enriched her professional training in Lausanne, where she studied subjects such as town planning. Back in France, she joined different agencies where she trained in the management of collective housing projects. Through her experience between architecture and town planning, Célia integrates the transversality of scales into her designs and develops her projects in close collaboration with the various actors involved. Now a project manager, she is in charge of multi-family housing and single-family homes in the Var, which she manages from feasibility studies through to the execution phases.

Philippe a intégré l’équipe Atelier San Gregorio en Septembre 2021 après plus de 10 années d’expérience en Maîtrise d’Oeuvre d’Exécution sur des projets tous corps d’état de projet de petites et grandes ampleur.
Il supervise votre projet du DCE (Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises) à la phase de réception des travaux.
Il est actuellement en charge des suivis des chantiers afin de garantir le bon déroulement du projet: maîtrise l’exécution du chantier et coordonne ses acteurs, harmonise les actions dans le temps et l’espace afin de faire respecter le planning en garantissant une bonne communication entre les intervenants à travers.

Member of the team since March 2015, he is in charge of the Marseille agency, inaugurated in January 2018. After obtaining his DE Architect diploma in 2012, then in the wake of the Habilitation of the Maîtrise of work in his own name, he carries out his own projects and occasionally collaborates with different agencies. This double hat allows it to successfully carry out private and public market operations. Broken down in the exercise of the competition, Julien is now the coordinator of public market operations in which the agency is involved. He is also responsible for projects located in the Marseille region, from the study phases to their delivery.

Olivia joins the Atelier San Gregorio Team in 2020, within the Marseille agency. She obtained her DE Architect diploma in 2012, and her Habilitation to the exercise of the Project Management in her Proper Name the following year. After professional experience abroad, she perfected her skills by collaborating with various architectural firms between Lille and Marseille. These various experiences allowed him to approach public and private markets as well as the exercise of architectural programming. She works between the Var and Marseille, from architectural design to execution phases.

At the Atelier San Gregorio since September 2020, Sébastien obtained his DE Architect degree from the École Supérieure d’Architecture Nationale de Marseille in 2018. He joined the Marseille team after a first experience which resulted in the Habilitation à la Project Management in its Proper Name. During this experience, he explores housing through different scales ranging from apartment buildings to the redevelopment of apartments and the design of furniture. Today he is in charge of files relating to expansion, renovation and house construction projects between Marseille and the Var, from the sketch phase through to execution.

Ida joined the team in 2021, within the Marseille agency. She obtained her DE Architect’s diploma in 2012, and her Habilitation to the Exercise of the Project Management in her Proper Name the following year. His experiences in several agencies allow him to explore different project scales. She then works on her own projects which allow her to build a solid base over all the stages that constitute the completion of a project, and to gain site experience. She works mainly on projects located in the Marseille region, from the study phases until their delivery.

Alix joined the team in 2018 after obtaining her DE Architect diploma as valedictorian. He achieves a substantial diploma through which he develops an excellent analytical capacity and certain skills that range from urban issues to the interior design of apartments.
he was responsible for numerous individual housing projects and collective facilities, from their design to their delivery. Allowing him to forge a solid technical background and relating to the reality of the field.

Manon joined the Atelier San Gregorio team in January 2022. She graduated as an Architect DE at the Ecole Supérieure d’Architecture Nationale de Marseille in 2021 before gaining her first professional experience in individual housing projects and intermediate habitats. Concerned with the quality of inhabited spaces, she continues her learning around this theme that she was able to develop during her graduation project on the Frioul islands.
She works on individual house projects carried out by the San Gregorio agency by providing architectural responses specific to the inhabitants and the places. His reflections and questions relate to the building and the techniques of realization through a conscious and committed work.
